Email support@sitemapfixer.com within 7 days of any charge. We will refund every cent, no questions asked.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with SitemapFixer for any reason, email us within 7 calendar days of the charge date and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You do not need to explain why. You do not need to have used the product. No hoops, no retention offers, no waiting periods.

What is covered

  • All paid plan charges: Starter, Pro, and Agency
  • Monthly and annual subscriptions
  • The most recent charge on your account

What is not covered

  • Charges older than 7 days (we cannot process these through Stripe)
  • The free plan (there is nothing to refund)

If you have an unusual situation — for example, you were charged after cancelling — contact us regardless of timing. We will review it and do what is fair.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@sitemapfixer.com
  2. Include the email address on your account
  3. We will confirm the refund and issue it within one business day

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. It does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period — but if you cancel and want a refund for the unused time, just ask within the 7-day window.

After cancellation your account reverts to the free plan at the end of the current billing period. You do not lose access immediately.
